My phone advises that I have an "Internal Serer Error". How do I address it?

@garbage_in Did you try reboot the phone?

Also, it works when you make voice calls or you can receive incoming calls with it? Just having problem with mobile data? you sure you have Mobile Data enabled on the phone?

Worst case, reset/restore to factory.

More details would be helpful. What specifically is happening when you see this error? Using data to search/visit a website?

Usually this shows up when you try to login to your account on a computer or phone.

The Self Serve account is under maintenance overnight and should be up soon
