      <title>Phone service not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently returned from the UK and I’m not able to receive calls or place a call. I’ve tried all the suggested tricks, however nothing appears to be working.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/237330"&gt;@SR10&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- not sharing what you tried this will like be repeating some of it, so I will suggest it anyways...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;first, does it show ACTIVE in your self serve account?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;have you been in nonpay status for over 90 days, if so you lost your account, number and access to self serve&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;can you try your SIM card into another compatible phone to see if services work&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;If it does works in another phone, perform a &lt;STRONG&gt;reset&lt;/STRONG&gt; of your &lt;STRONG&gt;network&lt;/STRONG&gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;settings&lt;/STRONG&gt; with the PM card inside the phone that doesn't work.&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT color="#0000FF"&gt;edit, might as well add this to your check list...is your phone listed as &lt;STRONG&gt;blacklisted,&lt;/STRONG&gt; checkhere: &lt;A href="https://www.devicecheck.ca/check-status-device-canada/" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.devicecheck.ca/check-status-device-canada/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;if if does &lt;STRONG&gt;not&lt;/STRONG&gt; work in another phone, then you are either in nonpay/suspended status, you have a SIM issue or you have an account issue.       <description>&lt;P&gt;If it shows inactive is there enough funds to cover the cost of the plan?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If yes try adding another dollar or try the lost one trick by putting your phone into lost one mode for a minute&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
