      <description>&lt;P&gt;What your account says, how much $ you have on it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you provide screenshot of your transactions?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did your credit card get charged extra?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you see $ on your account, leave them there as they will be used for next renewal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can ask for refund if it is PM's error contacting agent. Be aware that refund might take up to a month to get so in most cases people leave $ on account to be used for next renewal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To contact CSA-agent, there are 2 methods:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sometimes it happens where you get double charged but the second charge doesn't show in your available balance. Contact a CSA who will be able to rectify this for you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
