      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/237288"&gt;@Boardzy&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;it does sound like network issue.&amp;nbsp; But reboot your phone first.&amp;nbsp; If still not working , try reseat your sim card.&amp;nbsp; And if you have another phone around, try the sim card on the second phone&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/237288"&gt;@Boardzy&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; - just had a post with same message...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would suggest to try to:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;restart your phone&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;toggle into and out of airplane mode&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;remove and reinsert SIM card&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;try SIM into another phone&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe an outage in your area?       <description>&lt;P&gt;As suggested, try the sim in a different unlocked cell phone. If it works in other phone...that means your phone is NFG.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it still not working in other phone...let us know.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
