You have&amp;nbsp; to check with the carrier where you got the phone from&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you buy the phone used? If it is locked to another carrier it is a pretty painless process to get that code. You do have to contact the particular provider though&lt;/P&gt;</description>
