You have&amp;nbsp; to check with the carrier where you got the phone from&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If it is asking for Sim Card PUK, you can then ask PM CS agent for help&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Its my 13 year old sons phone and I think he was trying to put a code on his phone but by accident he did it in the SIM card. The phone was ok until then&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
