@teelahill2386 there are different kinds of PUK. what was the exact message?

if this phone never used on PM or Koodo or Telus, it must be the Carrier unlock code. You have to call your previous provider, whoever you got the phone from. PM won't be able to help if the phone was locked by others

This is what I had to do when I bought. A used phone the first time around with PM, it was locked to Rogers I believe and was a pretty easy process
