You wouldn't contact Public Mobile about this. Hotspot works at Public Mobile. This is a device software/settings issue. I would check if the dun APN type is saved in the settings.

Google your model on how to hotspot.

Check: how to hotspot - Search (bing.com)

Do you have data left on your plan? Check your self serve account to ensure the data line is still showing.

Are you trying to get friends and family to connect to phone data?

It is a Setting in your phone to allow to connect with the special code on your phone under Cellular>enable Personal Hotspot. Remember this will eat up your data if others connect to your personal hotspot.

@Shelly5 try reset network settings on your iPhone and then setup the hotspot again.
