      <title>No instructions with my phone</title>

It's likely the CPO department forgot to add your sim card to the shipping box. You will need the SIM tool or paper cIip and push the tool into the hole so the SIM tray will slide out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What phone did you order so we can tell you the spot of the SIM tray?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear that, this has happened before to other CPO customers unfortunately. You can open that ticket (as suggested) with a CSA in the meantime you could either go in store to purchase a sim card or order from a place like Canadian Cell Supplies as its actually much cheaper and much quicker for delivery. You can then ask for a credit to your account for the sim you had to get on your own and maybe even a little more for your trouble&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
