Unable to add data to current plan

I have $10 on my balance and I would like to add Data to my current plan and not waiting for the billing cicle, can someone provide some help to do this, the portal doesn't let me. Thanks

If you do not have the PIN or account number, then please confirm 3 of this information:

- The name on the account,

- mailing address,
