      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try clearing cache/cookies and use incognito mode or even another browser if you know your login information.&amp;nbsp; Otherwise you need to contact customer support for a password reset.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/237001"&gt;@Fecriozdemir410&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; - if you locked it from too many failed attempts...just wait, for at least 15 minutes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then try again, and see some other's posts with some helpful tips.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;OR, have you been in suspended/nonpay status for over 90 days, or have you ported this number to another provider?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If so, you lost your account, phone number and access to self serve.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
