In my opinion, the $15 Public Mobile plan is best for seniors. Plus there are often free giveaways that add long distance minutes and extra data for free!

Both have their advantages and disadvantages. The main difference is telus has unlimited Canada wide calling but you are subject to overages, extra billing and fees. Public mobile has 100 outgoing minutes with the ability to purchase the $5/500min add on, 250mb of monthly plan data, cheap add on prices, freebie gifts and no overages, extra billing or fees.

To contact customer support : Submit a support ticket via SIMon the chat bot Click here

Or if you cannot submit a ticket via SIMon then Click here ....for additional member supplied info.

Also unlimited International messaging and a little taste of data for good measure. If you do find you need more outgoing calling, you can also add-on 500 minutes of Canada wide calling for an extra $5. Those add-on minutes will stay on your account until you use 'em up...even if that takes several months or more. There's even some reasonable priced add-ons for if you want to spend a couple days in USA and use your phone to call most any US or Cdn number while there.

Not a bad option for us retirees notwithstanding.

Actually, anyone can join Zoomer, they just positioned the brand to be senior friendly . Zoomer plans are slightly cheaper than Tier 2's , they have decent $40 - $50 plans with "free" entry level phone if you go with 2 years contract
