      <title>Issues with creating account</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Trying desparately to create a new account. I can get to the point where I enter my CC information. As soon as I hit "Activate", I get a message in red text. "Sorry, your credit card transaction was denied by your card issuer, so this purchase could not be complete".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It then doesn't even give me the option to enter a new Credit Card, and I have to fill out everything from the very beginning (where it asks for the new sim #).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone else had this issue before? Also, I tried to CC - one visa, another mastercard... both are having this issue.       <description>Thanks. I'm guessing that my account wasn't created since I attempted twice with the same account info, and it never told me that the email address was already in use.. But who knows..</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Another thing to note -- when entering your Visa Debit/credit information, ensure that the address matches what is on file with your bank &lt;U&gt;exactly&lt;/U&gt;.&amp;nbsp;For example, if they have your address as 123 Some St, make sure that the address you're filling out during activation is the same and not 123 Some Street otherwise the process may fail.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
