    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/171619"&gt;@Paulphuha&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; - are you currently in a nonpay/suspended status?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Note, that if after 90 days in suspended status, you account, phone number and access to self serve account is gone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;OR, if you ported out your number to another provider, that also closes your account here with Public Mobile...although, I am guessing that is what you are trying to do, if you are looking for your account number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Otherwise, contact CSA for assistance as per previous posts.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you getting any errors? What does the errors tell you if there are?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i would suggest submitting a ticket to customer support to help you with this issue&lt;/P&gt;</description>
