US roaming not working

I have balance in my account and recently I purchased US roaming add-on when I make a call in US from Canada the call cannot be completed. or shroud I be in US

Roaming US add ons are to be used only when you are in the US. Contact a CS Agent to have them credit your account.

You need to buy the 1000 minute US add on if in Canada calling to the US.

US roaming add ons are for use in the US. If you are calling from Canada you will need long distance calling minutes to complete your call.

Roaming is only for while in the US. Are you sure you bought it as you say you have a balance?

If you have been here since last year maybe you have the free minutes from Christmas time. If not then you would need to buy the 1000 minute add-on.
