I wanted to increase my sons plan from the $15 to $25 option and it just charged me right away. I feel like it should have added it on to the $15 I just paid 6 days ago. How do I change/fix this? Ill just wait until next payment if they don't offer this

HI @MarlisaH you should have came and asked the Community first

There are 2 options to make plan change, one is to Change plan now and the other one change on the next renewal. You have picked a wrong one, change now. It will just get the money from you and started a new cycle. PM is prepaid and they don't offer refund. 😞

You can try to open a ticket with PM CS agent and ask but I doubt they will do much.

open a ticket with PM at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

start by typing : Contact CS Agent

then Click "Contact Us"

then Click "Other"

finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

@MarlisaH Seems like you opted to select change now instead of scheduling for next renewal. However, if you just changed it now and no service has been used since the change, perhaps plead with customer support and see if they will do anything as a gesture of goodwill, although no guarantees as PM is prepaid and normally doesn't offer refunds.

Here's a link to submit a ticket to customer support via chatbot: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html

That is your best bet, and hope they can maybe put something in your available balance (the 15 perhaps) but yes going forward be very mindful of these type of situation as it is a prepaid service and there are dozens of threads on this very issue just a click away for you to view through the search bar.
