Recover deleted/lost texts

Is there a way to recover deleted/lost text messages from one inbound specific number? I cannot restore from iCloud so it can only be done by public mobile.

Unfortunately, unable to recover deleted texts messages from Public mobile end.

Since iCloud does not work, did you backup your phone to a PC via iTunes?

If it is very important, you can try other software programs or try to hire somebody to attempt to recover.

Public Mobile does not have access to the content of your texts that would be privacy issue. There are online services/programs that can recover a certain percentage of texts but the more texts youvrecieve the less that can be recovered.

If you deleted/removed SMS from your phone PM will not be able to bring them back.

You can try 3rd party recovery apps but results could be hit and miss.

I had the same issue years ago (first time around with PM) and unfortunately wasn't able to find them as many avenues as I tried

HI @JL9 don't blame PM, no carrier will help you to retrieve old text. Text are all "deliver and delete" , there is no server to cache your text (technically, of course, if you are RCMP with a court order, that is a different story)

Oh I am not, I realize it is all carriers, it is too bad in all instances with all companies...not just a PM centric thing
