      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just got a new phone; Ulefone Note 11P. I checked my account, I have data. Phone works fine on wifi but not on data. Just says OFFLINE. Tried using the same APN settings as my old phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
