And if so, is your renewal tomorrow?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If yes to both those questions, ignore those expired / suspended messages showing on your self serve account. Your plan will renew if you are registered for autopay, or if you loaded enough funds in your Available Funds balance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;OR, if you have no services and you are trying to reactivate your plan from a failed autopay or suspended account, note that too many failed attempts will temporary lock your account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So wait 1+ hours to try again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you do, clear your browser's cache/cookies, or try a different browser.
