    <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/236541"&gt;@Jp12&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;you just putting a new card there?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the name matches what is on the file?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, for the address, put in exactly what it shows on the statement, include the cases.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can also try to open a ticket with CS Agent and ask them to try to put it on the system for you:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Click on the Bubble or directly at : &lt;A href="https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot" target="_blank"&gt;https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot&lt;/A&gt;. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;start by typing : Contact CS Agent&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;then Click "Contact Us"&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;then Click "Other"&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;you will then direct to another page to open ticket.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You could get payment vouchers at retailer like 711, Shell Gas stations or Walmart..then dial 611 to add them to your account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/236541"&gt;@Jp12&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- too many failed attempts could have temporarily locked your card in Public Mobile's system.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now that time has passed try again, but before you do clear your browser's cache/cookies.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/236541"&gt;@Jp12&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Are you still trying to make a payment?&amp;nbsp; Did you try with a voucher as already suggested which gives you time to sort out the payment card issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BTW, everyone responding here are fellow customers and can only offer advice/suggestions. For account access help, you need to submit a ticket or private message to CSA's (customer support) using the links already provided earlier.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
