      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/229032"&gt;@Charlychi31&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;What method are you trying to pay with, credit card, voucher?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is the error messages or issues that are happening?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are all your services &lt;STRONG&gt;working&lt;/STRONG&gt; and your renewal is tomorrow? If so, ignore any suspended messages on your self serve account. Messages appear on the evening before and morning of your plan renewal that can seem scary, but if services are working and you are on autopay or have enough funds to cover your plan no need to do anything.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your services are &lt;STRONG&gt;not&lt;/STRONG&gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;working&lt;/STRONG&gt; and your account status&amp;nbsp;is in Suspended status, you will need to make a manual payment to reactivate your account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your plan still does not reactivate / resume and it shows $0 owing, try adding a $1 top-up payment.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or try&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Go to “Plan and Add-Ons” TAB&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Select "Lost/Stolen Phone" TAB&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Select "Suspend Service" BUTTON&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Then, Select Resume/Reactivate Service&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Log off your account.
