Did you buy it from PM?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Find another working SIM and try it in the phone to see if phone is working at all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check your account to see does it say Active.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you follow all steps to active PM SIM and get a new number?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try your PM SIM in another phone to see if you have service at all.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
