Hi,

I recently transferred from other carrier to PM. I suppose to get Auto Payment credit of $2 each month, but I didn't see

in my account. Please add all what missed rewards. Thanks

@phrmc21 any activation after January 25, 2022 does not received the $2 Autopay reward each cycle unfortunately.

Have you been told otherwise from a retail store from which you performed the activation from?

If you activated after January 25, you are on the new rewards points system:

If you signed up for the $40 plan, you will get 5% back in points which is equivalent to the old $2 autopay reward. The loyalty system also changed unfortunately.

If you JUST signed up with PM you will not get $2 off for autopay. It was eliminated with introduction of Points instead of $ rewards.

There is still conflicting info on this cause when I jumped board a couple months ago I thought the same thing. Unfortunately, that isn't the case. What plan did you get? 15-35 will be leaving some money on the table unfortunately
