      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/236247"&gt;@paulojbonna&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some more details would be helpful.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is your account status active or suspended?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A few basic troubleshooting advice:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reboot phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Network reset of phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Remove SIM card and re-insert and reboot phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe try your SIM card in another working phone.       <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/236247"&gt;@paulojbonna&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;There is no outage according to Telus site:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.telus.com/en/qc/outages" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.telus.com/en/qc/outages&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But did you try to reboot your phone ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have another phone around, put your PM SIM into the other phone and check if it works there&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Even if you don't have a 2nd phone, try to reseat the SIM once&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, if you look at Mobile, Available Network, do you see Public Mobile there?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
