      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/236307"&gt;@miyazada&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You tried Forgot Password? or you cannot reset the password as your phone is lost and you cannot get into your email?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can open a ticket with PM CS agent to get the credentials reset.&amp;nbsp; If you cannot get into the email , open a temp. email first, you can ask PM agent to change the email to the temp email for now&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;To open a ticket with PM Support. Click on the Bubble or directly at : &lt;A href="https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot&lt;/A&gt;.
