      <title>Need to reset my password</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Need to reset my account password and tried doing that but asking me for ‘my father’s birth year’ which i never registered. When i put it in, it was incorrect. Is there another method to reset the password? What else can i do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
