      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/236192"&gt;@Kaurreet&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ensure the payment amount is a dollar more than your plan amount, then reactivate service, and try to reboot device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If doesn't work, try placing account in Lost/Stolen mode, then remove that designation.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;This can be done in self-serve.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;It works for some folks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
