    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/160007"&gt;@Helenechamber&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;did you check if your account status showing Active?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is no wireless outage according to Telus Status.&amp;nbsp; Where are you at (province/city)?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try to change your Preferred network to 3G ONLY or WCDMA ONLY.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If still not works, try reseating your SIM (power off the phone, take the SIM out for a minute before putting it back and power up the phone)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have another phone around, you can also try to put your PM sim into it and see if it works&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have any friends in your community using Telus or Koodo or Bell, ask them if they have problem&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am not able to use my phone at home.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;my community has been connected to Bell in March 2020. My phone works 15 km from here but not here with the Bell tower.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
