      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/25100"&gt;@MHolt&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Try to make a manual payment&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Login to My Account, then go to Payment, One time Payment&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will suggest to use the option "Other... " there an enter your Plan Amount + $1 more.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It should work that way.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Once paid, reboot your phone and logout and log back into My Account and see if the account is show Active&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it still fails, please open ticket with PM CS Agent&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;at : &lt;A href="https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot" target="_blank"&gt;https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot&lt;/A&gt;.       <description>&lt;P&gt;It still would not let the payment go through. I have quadruple checked with the bank and my card is active and working just fine. I have tried to submit a ticket and it won't let me submit.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
