So, if this is the case there would be no tracking number to look up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If this goes over 10 business days, then you can submit a ticket to CSA to inquire or let them know.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can&amp;nbsp;contact Public Mobile Representatives customer support agents (CSA), by either two methods, found here:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you do not have a Self Serve account or current Public Mobile number now, you will need to proceed with the 2nd option in the above link to private message CSA.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Could be 2 weeks but be prepared for 3 or more, if you need a sim right away you can go in store or even order from other alternatives. Canadian Cell Supplies is a popular, cheaper and reliable one (much quicker). You can then either keep the other sim as a back up or ask for a refund/credit from a CSA&lt;/P&gt;</description>
