Hi @tomdellandrea we are just customers here . But if you ordered sim for 3 weeks, you should get it this week. PM usually ships the sim around 2 or 3 weeks

If you ordered it from PM it might take up to 4 weeks to receive.

You can contact agent but I doubt they will tell you more except 'we received and are processing your order'.

Unfortunately it seems the sim delivery times are getting longer and longer over 3 weeks in many cases according to customers, going forward you may want to check out some the alternatives that are less hassle.
