      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Received a new credit card and my account was deactivated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But I am wondering my sim card is still active?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I don't know how to deal with this. Hoping someone could advise.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
