Yesterday, Sunday, May 8/22 I made a $ 28 dollar payment off my VISA for payment of future extras I want to purchase in a few days. Public Mobile has only credited me 25 dollars. Why did I not get the full 28 dollar credit.

Log into self service and check the payment history to see what happened.

@Kamloops-Ron keep in mind there is tax on top. PM My Account will shows $25 but credit card will show $25 + tax, so it could shows $28.xx

Not sure if you got a refund or PM CS Agent just moved the fund back to your account as Available Fund. If credit card shows $28.xx, it is normal that Available Fund might shows $25 because My Account does not show tax

Credit card will show charge + TAX.

Your account will show amount without tax.

Thanks everyone. I did not realize that Public Mobile added tax to an amount added to my account for future use.

@Kamloops-Ron, yes tax will be added to every price you see on the PM pages. As stated when you add funds you only see the amount you chose to add, in your case $25 but your credit card will show that plus taxes $25.00 x 1.12=$28.00
