      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I bought a new SIM card. Trying to activate it. But I can't! When I try to creat a new number is says that "&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;No numbers available for selected city" (Toronto).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;What to do?&amp;nbsp;I can't register a new SIM card in Toronto?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
