I bought a new SIM card. Trying to activate it. But I can't! When I try to creat a new number is says that "

No numbers available for selected city" (Toronto).

What to do? I can't register a new SIM card in Toronto?

@Alla557 try using a different browser or clearing your browser cache. Perhaps open a tab in incognito mode may help.

Or, try picking a neighboring town to get number options.
