    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/120528"&gt;@stefdav55&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- for all inmarket Public Mobile plans you will need to have Roaming Addons purchased to use Public Mobile services in the USA on top of having an active Plan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The exception, is, you can still receive texts when in the USA without any Roaming addons.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There was a 'snowbird' plan offered for a period of time, a few years ago, that did include Canada and USA services within the plan. Which plan are you on?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
