      <title>Cellular data never works</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;More than a year with Public Mobile, cellular data never works!!! So frustrated!!! I was told to update all the apps on iphone. What this to do with apps? I do not understand it. When I used the other service, I never have this issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
