No network?&amp;nbsp; Sim not provisioned?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If not, then make a manual payment in the amount owing or more in your self serve to reactivate your account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
