      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/194103"&gt;@sajranjith&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;how long this issue has been?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;When people calls you, do they get to your Voice-mail or do they get busy or no connect tone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If they call you and not&amp;nbsp; able to get to you or your voice-mail, then it is a Rogers problem.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; I seen this before.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Somehow Rogers sees your number as a number in its network.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;When people in Rogers tries to call you, Rogers does not route the call outside of its network.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Because of this, PM would&amp;nbsp; not able to fix it for you.&amp;nbsp; To fix this, you have to find a Rogers friend to open a ticket with Rogers.&amp;nbsp; Their tech has to remove your number from their system so they no longer see your number as a number within Rogers network.&amp;nbsp; After that is done, they will start route the call outside of Rogers network correctly&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/182861"&gt;@Yummy&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;it could be because the number was with Rogers once and caused the issue but it could also be other reasons.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; It could also be a human mistakes somewhere&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It doesn't happen a lot but it did.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;It is not just Rogers , could happen on any provider.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/194103"&gt;@sajranjith&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; -&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It could be an issue on Roger's end, but in the event it is not it would not hurt to try the below troubleshooting, and see if any of these steps help with your issue:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;ensure those numbers are not listed as block contacts on your phone&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;or, see if your calling app is accepting only calls from your contact list..if so, add these number to you contacts, OR turn off that setting&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;turn off your phone, then reboot&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;removing your SIM, then reinserting it&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;go into airplane mode, then going back to regular mode&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;perform a reset network settings on your device&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;try your SIM card into another compatible phone for a few days to see if the issues are the same...this could rule out a device issue/setting.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;manually select the 3G / WCDMA ONLY network in your Mobile Connections area in your settings (temporarily) for dropping or unable to make incoming/outgoing calls&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>
