      <title>Sim not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So I activated my sim card and bought the 40$ plan. After trying everything possible (restarting, APN, network reset,…), my data is not working, it does not even appear LTE or 3G, and when i call, my phone is no user id, and i even went to the place that i bought the sim card, they did everything and stil didnt work. Please help me or refund my money because this is un acceptable.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/235676"&gt;@tuoicu&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;I don't think you need a refund.&amp;nbsp; I think it is just an activation issue.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;You cannot even make calls?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;PM CS agent can check the system and reprovision the account and sim.&amp;nbsp; Please open a ticket if you have not done so.&amp;nbsp; Not sure if you can login to your My Account, please open ticket by sending a message to PM CS Agent:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
