Hi,
Need to change my bank details but cannot remember neither password and my security question.
My plan has been deactivated cause the payment didn't went through.
Need to speak to someone to change my bank details as i cannot get into my account !

Top of page click Get Help / Chat with Simon to start process of CSA assistance. Watch the little envelope icon on top right side of page will be highlighted when they respond.

you can get payment vouchers at Shell Gas or Walmart and dial 611 to make renewal payment and Reactivate your service.

HI @FabienAstre you need to get the login first, then you can update your credit card or visa debit card in the Payment tab there

To reset Self serve login, at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

First type: "Forgot log in information"
Then Click "Contact Us"
Finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

I need to reset my password to access my account, I do not remember the security question to reset my password ! Can you help ?

Please open ticket with CS Agent for them to reset it for you. I have the instructions just right above your last message there
