I purchased a Sim Card from Public Mobile. The Sim card I received is too large for my iPhone 11 pro. I did not know the cards come in different sizes. I do not know what size card my phone requires. Is it possible to return this card for one that fits my phone? How do I determine what size my phone requires?

@beekeeper-551 your sim card should be a 3-in-1 sim, which means it has some "spacer" outside and you can remove them. You should remove the 2 spacers outside to make it left with the chip itself, that would make it a nano sim for iPhone 11

your sim should be similar to this:

If you have trouble still, bring it to any mobile store and they can help to make it a nano by removing the spacer outside
