    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/235534"&gt;@Mak1234&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;is the account status showing Plan Expired?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it is , is your service actually still working?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it is working and just the status showing Plan Expired, you do not need to do anything.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Plan Expired just mean PM still working on the renewal for your account.&amp;nbsp; It usually would not affect your service.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;It will change back to Active later today if the payment all gone through without problem.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, if your service is fine, no worry&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The funds on in my account. The plan was due today. It keeps telling me to reactive my plan. Everytime I try to make a payment it's says there is something wrong with my card. I even tried using a different card. Still won't let me. Please help&lt;/P&gt;</description>
