hi there,

I was trying to cancel the forwarding number but still in there. Any ideas how I totally delete it.

For Android:

Open your phone app
go under settings
supplementary services
call forwarding

For iPhone

Start the Settings app.
Tap "Phone."
Tap "Call Forwarding."
Turn off Call Forwarding by swiping the button to the left.

Dial and make call to #21# using your cell phone.

The three conditional call forwards will always be re-filled with the standard forwarding to voicemail. But you should be able to have nothing in the main forwarding. You could try ##004#.

What are you trying to achieve though?
