    <description>&lt;P&gt;How long has it been since your last payment/renewal? If the steps laid out by &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/79275"&gt;@softech&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;don't work bc you don't remember security questions etc, when you connect with a CSA, they will ask verification questions and manually be able to unlock it and get you access&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
