Auto Renew payment went through but no service

Hey if someone can please help . I currently have no service.

My autopayment went through today but instead of billing me the $126 it gave me that as a credit, im not sure what happened but something clearly went wrong and it disabled my service along with my data

When i dial out im recieving a teleperator telling me to call 611
