      <description>&lt;P&gt;i have funds in my account and it automatically paid the monthly payment today.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when I check it, it says there's the amount due. I'm so confused&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/190585"&gt;@Jesscyx&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Do you have phone service now?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is the status showing Active?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PM is a prepaid service, so it is absolutely normal if it show a Amount Due before date to an a future date, and Payment for next cycle shows your plan amount.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
