Got a new Visa Debit, so when auto pay did it's thing it didn't go through. When I realized I called 611 and couldn't update my Card via phone(which sucks if you sent near a computer). After getting home my account still didn't let me update it so I went and got a voucher, which they only make in 40 and 25 denominators(weird), after adding that balance to my account it took 6 hours before it would let me update plan and still isn't work. Site needs speed work or at least non not support so we aren't left without service

@Cwasy this may not purely be PM's fault since payment and banking systems typically have multi-hour (or even multi-day) delays in processing changes like yours. I know this because I've programmed payment and banking systems in the past.
