I have forgotten the login password.

It's been so long since I joined public mobile that I have forgotten my password. I need to get into my account to switch my credit card as my previous one has been switched from Capital 1 (Costco) to CIBC and may soon not work. Please help me reset my password. I also need to reset my email address from yahoo to google as yahoo is no longer used. Please advise!
