I recently ran out of my data for the month, and in extension my 3 month $120 plan. I paid $10 plus tax for 200mb to hold me over until my plan is renewed in 10 days. However, the top up was not selected onto my current plan and the situation that I find myself at the present moment. How can I get the 200mb for the remaining few days that I have? Or who can I contact?

@Faryalnasir Did you purchase the add-on twice? If not, purchase it again because it is a two step process. First it adds funds to your account, and then second time, it used the funds you added to actually add the add-on to your account.

If you prefer to renew early, you can send a private message to the Moderator_Team.

for future referece, you can also renew your plan early, sometimes it is better than buying addons. depending on your plan and the data addon you buy.

the way i calculate it is

120 plan - autopay = $1.26/day over 10 days = 12.60$

200 mb addon is $10. if the data 20mb/day last then you are ok. but if you need a second one then it would be worth it to renew early.
