      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you a current customer? If so, you should just pop out the SIM out of your old phone and pop it in to your new phone. That should work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Did you get a new number or are you porting a number over from another carrier? Also try resetting the network settings.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
